All services are delivered remotely (online) unless a proposal states otherwise. Each directly purchasable service states its delivery window on its page, and that statement is repeated in the order confirmation.
A strategy session is scheduled within 5 business days of purchase at a time agreed with you, and conducted online. The written summary follows within 3 business days of the session.
A session can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. With your express consent to early performance, a session may take place inside the withdrawal period; otherwise scheduling begins after it.
Reviews and blueprints are delivered within the window stated on the service page, counted from the kick-off session and dependent on the agreed information being made available.
Delay on our side extends nothing you owe; delay in the inputs we need moves delivery dates by the same amount.
Development work is delivered in stages defined in the proposal, each with a review point. A stage counts as accepted when you confirm it, or when you deploy it to productive use, or when no substantiated objection is raised within the review period stated in the proposal.
Handover includes access credentials, deployment documentation and — where agreed — training. Ownership and licence terms are stated in the Development Terms.
Acquisition management and advisory retainers run month to month from onboarding. Either side may end them with 30 days’ written notice. Work performed up to the end date is charged; nothing beyond it is.
Deliverables are provided electronically — by email, shared repository or deployment to the agreed environment. Delivery is complete when the deliverable is made available to you, independent of when it is opened.
