Draft — pending legal review
This document is a structured draft prepared for review. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and does not constitute legal advice. It will be finalised before the site accepts payments.
These terms apply to the BUILD division services — websites, platforms, stores, custom systems, automation and integrations — alongside the general Terms & Conditions and the proposal for the specific project.
The authoritative scope is the written proposal. Work outside it is quoted separately before it is performed — a change is never silently absorbed and never silently billed.
“From” prices published on this website are starting points for the stated scope class; the final quotation depends on the confirmed scope.
Each stage ends in a review. A stage is accepted when you confirm it in writing, when you put it to productive use, or when the review period in the proposal passes without a substantiated objection.
Acceptance of a stage does not waive your rights regarding defects discovered later.
On full payment, the rights to the bespoke work created for you under the proposal transfer to you as stated there. Until full payment, the work is licensed for evaluation only.
Open-source components remain under their own licences; third-party services (hosting, fonts, APIs) remain under their providers’ terms — both are identified in the handover documentation.
We retain the right to use generic know-how, techniques and non-client-specific code developed while working, and — only with your written permission — to reference the project publicly.
A defect is behaviour that contradicts the agreed scope. Defects reported within the warranty period stated in the proposal are corrected at no charge. New requirements, content changes and third-party service changes are not defects.
Content, branding and access you supply must be yours to supply, and their timely delivery is a dependency of the timeline. Where hosting or services are contracted in your name, their fees are yours and are stated before anything is contracted.
