This website sets no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond storage that is strictly necessary for functions you initiate.
Project form progress: while you complete the multi-step project form, your answers are stored in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not lose them. It is cleared when you submit the form or close the tab, and it is never transmitted until you submit.
Administrator session: if you sign in to the private admin area, a secure, HTTP-only session cookie maintains that session. It is set only for signed-in administrators, never for visitors.
Page views and a small number of product events are recorded through our own first-party analytics. No cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device.
To distinguish one visit from another without identifying you, we combine your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and a salt that changes daily, and store only the resulting irreversible hash. Your IP address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be linked across days.
Personal data is stripped from analytics events before they are sent, and stripped again on receipt.
If we embed a third-party scheduling calendar in future, that provider may set its own cookies when the calendar is loaded. This policy will be updated to name the provider before any such embed is enabled.
You can clear or block site storage in your browser settings. Blocking it will prevent the project form from remembering your progress and will prevent administrator sign-in, but the rest of the website will work normally.
