"Perspektiva Group" is a public-facing brand descriptor and does not denote a separate incorporated company or group of companies.

Information you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number, company name and any information you include in an enquiry, project brief or call request.
Order information: where you purchase a service, your name, email address, and where required for invoicing, your billing address, company details and VAT number.
Payment information: we do NOT collect or store your card number, expiry date or security code. Card details are entered directly with our payment service provider. We receive only a transaction reference, an amount, a currency and a status.
Technical information: pages viewed and events such as opening a service page or starting a form. This is collected through our own first-party analytics. We do not set analytics cookies, we do not store your IP address, and we do not build a profile of you across sites.
To respond to your enquiry and to provide services you have requested — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and of performing that contract.
To process orders, take payment and issue invoices — on the basis of performing a contract and of complying with legal accounting obligations.
To operate and improve this website and understand which pages are used — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site, using measurement designed not to identify individuals.
To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting record-keeping requirements — on the basis of legal obligation.
This website sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Strictly necessary storage is used for functions you initiate: keeping your progress in a multi-step project form for the duration of your visit, and maintaining an authenticated session if you are an administrator of this site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share data with service providers acting on our instructions: hosting and infrastructure providers, our database provider, our email delivery provider, and our payment service provider. Each processes data only as necessary to provide its service to us.
We may disclose data where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Some service providers process data outside the Republic of Serbia, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where that occurs, transfers are made under an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries and project briefs: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract results, in which case they are retained with the engagement record.
Order, payment and invoicing records: for the period required by Serbian accounting and tax law.
Analytics data: in aggregated form, which does not identify individuals.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls with role-based permissions, database-level row security, audit logging of administrative actions, and rate limiting on public endpoints.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the supervisory authority where the law requires it.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive data you provided in a portable format.

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
